We invite you to experience the real Vienna. The fully furnished appartment consist of a bedroom/study, an adjoining little passage room and a spacious bathroom. As you may see in the pictures, it is situated at the top of a marvelous staircase which leads to the big atelier room. There the kitchen as well as a grand piano for your use are situated. In the atelier room there are also the workplaces of an office which is on holiday during the summer months.
While the apartment and its furnishings are surely not perfect, it promises a special and unforgettable experience for aficionados in Vienna.

Dieses Studio lädt ein, das wahre Wien zu erleben. Das möblierte Apartment besteht aus einem Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer, einem angrenzenden Durchgangsbereich und einem Bad. Es befindet sich, wie in den Fotos zu sehen, am Ende der Treppe, die das Studio mit dem großen Atelierraum verbindet. Im Atelierraum befindet sich die Küche und ein benutzbarer Klavierflügel. Nachdem man vom Studio aus auf einen hellen Innenhof hinaus sieht, ist es angenehm Still.
Situated in the center of Vienna, you are able to reach the opera, the emperor's palace and Saint Stephens Cathedral in a matter of minutes by foot. Otherwise public transport (U1/U2/U4 metro, trams, buses, etc.) is right in front of the door to take you anywhere in the city.

Im Herzen Wiens gelegen erreicht man von hier aus in wenigen Schritten die Oper, die Albertina und die Burg. Sonst fährt die Ringstraßenbahn direkt vor der Tür vorbei und auch die U1/U2/U4 sind in 2 Minuten erreicht. Auch für Radfahrer ist die Lage optimal, da der Ringradweg direkt vor der Tür vorbei geht.
It is possible to rent the studio from a duration of one month to a couple of months. We would gladly discuss further information with you via phone.

Das Studio ist für einen bis mehrere Monate zu mieten. Genaueres besprechen wir gerne telefonisch.
(Neben der oberen Etage ist die Benutzung der Küche, sowie des Tisches auf dem Treppenplateau gestattet. Wir bitten lediglich darum, sich den Arbeitsbereichen im Atelierraum fernzuhalten. Dort ist unter dem Jahr, also ab Herbst, ein Büro eingerichtet.)
