Da wir im Sommer von Anfang Juli bis Ende August nicht da sind, stellen wir unsere wunderschöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung. Sie ist sehr geräumig und gut geschnitten. Die komplette Einrichtung würden wir in der Wohnung lassen, so dass man direkt einziehen und sich wohlfühlen kann. Es ist also alles vorhanden was man im Alltag braucht.
Since we are not there in the summer from the beginning of July to the end of August, we provide our beautiful 2 room apartment for intermediate rent. It is very spacious and well cut. We would leave the complete furnishing, so that you can move in directly and start feeling comfortable right away. Everything that is needed for daily use should be there.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitengasse vom Hernalser Gürtel, man kommt also schnell in die Innenstadt und auch über den Gürtel durch ganz Wien oder raus. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Hernalser Gürtel und in 5 Minuten Gehreichweite die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Alserstraße. Am Schottentor, der Universität Wien und am Westbahnhof ist man in ca. 10 Minuten, am Karlsplatz in ca. 20 Minuten und am Hauptbahnhof in ca. einer halben Stunde.
The apartment is located in a quiet side lane of the Hernalser Gürtel, so you get quickly into the city center and also on the belt through Vienna or out. Directly on the doorstep is the tram stop Hernalser Gürtel and in 5 minutes walking distance the subway stop Alserstraße. Schottentor, the University of Vienna and Westbahnhof can be reached in about 10 minutes, Karlsplatz in about 20 minutes and the main station in about half an hour.

Da die Wohnung ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer besitzt ist sie nicht WG-geeignet, jedoch perfekt für ein Pärchen oder eine Einzelperson die es gern gemütlicher hat. Am besten erreicht ihr mich via E-Mail oder Whatsapp.
