Ich suche eine bis max. zwei nette und ruhige Personen, die verantwortlich mit der Wohnung umgehen und für die die zeitliche Begrenzung passt.
Die Hausgemeinschaft im Haus ist sehr nett und rückichtsvoll, daher sollte das wirklich passen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbiliert und Einzugsbereit (Herd, Waschmaschine, Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch..). Auch Handücher und frische Bettwäsche können geborgt werden!

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im 3. Bezirk (Zentrum/ Musikuni) direkt beim wunderschönen Arenbergpark sowei 10 Gehminuten zum Hundertwasserhaus oder Donaukanal. Es gibt ein Café und eine Pizzeria direkt im Haus sowie zahlreiche Bars, Bistros und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Billa, Merkur Rochusmarkt) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden: 1 Gehminute fährt der Bus 77a , 5 Minuten die Straßenbahn 0 und 71, 5 Minuten bis S- Bahn Rennweg und U Bahn U3 Rochusgasse. Nachtbusse sind fast dirket vor der Haustüre.
Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock mit weitsicht und viel Sonne und ist trotzdem im Sommer (3,40 Deckenhöhe!) sehr kühl- das hofseitige Schlafzimmer ist sehr kühl ruhig und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick in den grünen Innenhof.
Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung hat 44 qm, ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, die getrennt begehbaren Zimmer sind in einen großen (ca 25 qm) gemütlichen Raum (Wohn-und Esszimmer) ausgestattet mit einem großen Tisch und einer großen Bett. Das zweite Zimmer hat etwa 12 mq mit einem 1,80 breiten Hochbett, kleinen Tisch/ Sitzgelegenheit und Ankleidemöglichkeit.
Bad und Klo getrennt begehbar, Küche im Durchgang.Dazu gehört ein kleiner Stauraum im Hausflur, indem ich die Waschmaschine habe.
Voll augestattet, Internet vohanden.
Die Wohnung ist ideal geeignet für eine Person, oder zwei die sich nahe stehen.

Kaution: 400 (Wird schriftlich bestätigt und soweit die Wohnung im Zustand wie zuvor ist ende August retuniert). Erforderlich Ausweis und Ausweiskopie.

SUBRENT FOR 5.10.- 1.11. (Tourists welcome!also only weeks possible)

I will be renting out my nice and bright 2 rooms flat, which is located in the lovely third district (just 10 minutes walk from the Hundertwasserhaus and the Donaukanal).
Im loocking for one max.2 trustfull and respectfull pers(auch wochenweise möglich!)ones which I can hand over my flat during this time and communicat if for example some post letters arrive there.
There is a Café and a Pizzeria in the house as well as lots of Bars and Bistros to discover nearby, as well as a lot of supermarkets (Hofer, Billa, Merkur), small grocerystores and the (in)famous Rochusmarket. The public transportation is very good (1 min to Bus 77a, 5 min to tram O, 71 and S-Bahn Rennweg as well as to U3 station Rochusgasse) There is a nightbusstation almost directly in front of the house.
The house is very quiet (ecxept the live music you can hear from time to time from some musicstudents living on the floor above). The flat is on the third (top) floor and has a nice view and a lot of light, but still cool in summer (3.4 Meters height) – the sleeping room faces the green yard with trees and is very quiet. The flat boasts 44m² and has a nice cut. There is one big living/eating room (about 25 m²) equipped with a sleepingcouch, one cozy easychair, a lot of plants and a big (expendable) table and one small quiet sleeping room (about 12 m²) with a high bed.
Bathroom an toilet are separated, there is also a small kitchenette. The flat is fully equipped, internet is available.
The Flat is ideally suitedfor 1-2 persons, there are sleeping possibilities in both rooms.
During this time you have the responsibility to loock after the flat and if nessesary to fix things.

Deposit 400 € (You get returned if the flat is in the same conditions as before)
