Da ich für 4 Monate für einen Teil meines Medizinstudiums im Ausland bin, suche ich ein/e Zwischenmieter/in.
Meine Wohnung ist 55m2 groß und besteht aus einem sehr großzügigen und hellem Wohnzimmer, einem ruhigen Schlafzimmer, einer gut ausgestattenten Küche und einem neu renovierten Bad und einem seperaten WC.
Sie ist absolut ideal für Singels und Pärchen!!
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, die Innere Stadt ist in nur 10min Fußweg erreichbar. Die Ubahnen U1, U2 U3 und U4 sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Universitäten TU, Hauptuni Wien und WU sind nur 15min entfernt.
Gleich um die Ecke am Radetzkyplatz, fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 1 und O, außerdem gibt es hier viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hier findet man außerdem einige nette Cafes und Restaurants mit wundervollen Gastgärten ;)
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist man sehr schnell im Grünen, der große wiener Prater, Stadtpark und Donaukanal sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Wenn du dich von meiner Wohnung angesprochen fühlst, freu ich mich über eine Nachricht!

i am renting my beautiful very cetral flat.
the flat has a big and bright livingroom, a very quiet bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom and a sepaerate toilet.
it is located in the heart of vienna, you´ll find many shops and restaurants around the corner.
the next metro station (U1, U2, U3, U4) is only 5minutes away.
additionally the Universities of economies, technology and Hauptuni Wien are close by!
Although the flat is really central, many parks are nearby!
