da ich für ein Monat verreise, vermiete ich gerne meine möblierte Wohnung für ein Monat an 1-2 Personen (Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett). Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen (gleich beim Hundertwasserhaus) und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Der Balkon ist nach Süd-Westen ausgerichtet und ist vor allem in der früh und abends ein wunderbarer Platz zum Verweilen, Abendessen, Kaffee trinken oder um ein paar kühle Drinks zu genießen.
Die große modern eingerichtete Wohnküche bietet alles was man braucht, die Theke ist ein idealer Platz zum Kochen oder Arbeiten. Die gesamte Küchenausstattung kann natürlich gerne verwendet werden.
Das Schlafzimmer ist relativ einfach eingerichtet und beinhaltet ein Doppelbett, eine Lampe und eine Aufbewahrung für Kleider. Da das Zimmer derweil noch nicht vollständig eingerichtet ist, habe ich noch kein Foto hochgeladen.

I am going in holidays for 4 weeks and would be happy to rent my flat during that time to 1 person or a couple as the sleeping room has a double bed. The flat is located quite close to the center (next to the Hunderwasserhaus) but still very quiet. The balkony (south-east) is a great place for enjoying your coffee in the morning or a dinner or drinks in the evening.
The living kitchen area offers everything you need and the big counter is great for cooking or working with your laptop.
The sleeping room is more simple and provides a double bed, a lamp and a storage for cloth. (at the moment other things are stored that is way I did not take a photo yet).
Die 1er Straßenbahn ist nur 2 min von der Haustür entfernt. Die nächste U-Bahnstation U3/U4 ist Wien Mitte und ca. in 8min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort befindet sich auch ein Shoppingcenter und ein Spar der sonntags geöffnet hat.

The tram station (tram 1) is only 2 minutes away from the flat. The next metro station for line 3 and 4 is about 8 minutes walking at the shopping center Wien Mitte. There you can also find a supermarket that is open on Sundays.
