Ab Anfang März suche ich die 2 MitbewohnerInnen für eine 85m2 große Wohnung. Alle Zimmer sind ca 20m2 groß, damit ich in einem Zimmer bin, und die andere 2 sind zu vermieten. Die Zimmer sind unmöbliert und verbunden bzw. ein ist Durchgangszimmer und zusammen 39m2 betragen. Deswegen suche ich lieber die Geschwister, Paaren oder Freunden die sich vorher schon kennen, weil diese 2 Zimmer locker als eine Wohnung funktionieren können. Es ist mir auch OK wenn jemand bereit ist diese Kosten alleine zu übernehmen aber ich will die 2 Zimmer sowieso nicht getrennt vermieten. Die Gesamtmiete für die beide Zimmer (mit Internet auch) ist 670e bzw 335e pro Person.

From beginning of March I am looking for 2 flatmates (or 1) for a 85m2 apartment. All rooms are apr. 20m2, and two rooms are connected (see plan) and they are totally independent from my room. Because of that it could work as an small apartment. I am not renting only one of these rooms separately and in that case it could be quite expensive for 1 person but if you are ready to take all costs alone its also OK for me ;) It will be the best solution for some cousins, friends or also couples to live here because the living and sleeping space is apr. 40m2 without kitchen, wc and bathroom. The rooms are not furnished!
Die Wohnung hat eine TOP Lage und es ist sehr gut mit öffentlichem Verkehrsmittel verbindet. U1 Station Vorgartenstraße ist 100m entfernt und U2 Station Messe Prater ca 7min zu Fuß. Es ist in der Nähe von neue WU und Fachhochschule des bfi Wien, sowie auch schnell erreichbar für alle Studenten die an der TU, Uni Wien sind (mit dem U1- 5 Stationen bis Karlsplatz oder mit U2 bis Schottentor).

The apartment is really close to the U1 Station Vorgartenstrasse (100m) and 10 min for a walk to U2 Messe Prater. You need also 10min to new WU or Fachhochschule des bfi Wien.
Mein Zimmer ist ganz getrennt, und die Wohnung besteht noch aus eine Küche (mit Geschirrspülmaschine) mit kleinem Essbereich, WC, Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine) und Vorraum.
Ich bin Nikola und studiere Architektur an der TU. Bin 24 und gerade mit dem Master angefangen. Ich bin ziemlich oft an der Uni und dort verbringe ich viel Zeit aber anderseits bin auch kommunikativ und suche auf keinem Fall eine Zweck WG. ;)
