The apartment is 60 m² big. There is a living room with a gallery bed and a seperate study room with a huge desk and an aditional couch to sleep for one person. There is a big kitchen with all equipment, including dish washer and washing mashine.

Super Lage nahe den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und 20 Minuten Fußweg zum Stephansdom. Es gibt eine Busstation, die man vom Fenster sehen kann (5B Volkerplatz) und eine Straßenbahnstation gleich um die Ecke (Linie 5 Nordbahnstraße), die Station der Straßenbahnlinie 2 (Taborstraße Heinestraße) ist 6 min entfernt und die beiden UBahn Stationen (U2 Taborstraße und U1 U2 SBahn Praterstern) sind jeweils 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Donauinsel ist nur 2 Ubahn Stationen entfernt.
Vor der Tür gibt es des Volkertmarkt, dort und in der Nähe gibt es einpaar Restaurants, Bars und Cafes in unter 10 min Gehdistanz. Euch wird es hier gefallen!
