It is 40m2 area with an interconnecting door between the bedroom and the living room, with use of shared bath/toilet room, large kitchen, garden. It would be like having your own half of a flat in the suburbs of Vienna. Quiet yet easy to get to town and also to the surrounding areas of Vienna.
The idea is to rent out one of the other rooms of the 113 m2 apartment and for the smallest room furthest away to be a spare room for my family, who are all abroad. You would almost have the apartment to yourself and the other renter. It is furnished, but only with the basics.
There is a well equipped kitchen and new oven and dish washer. In the bath there is a washing machine.
The garden allows you to BBQ in the summer and perhaps do a bit of gardening.
This apartment is situated in the suburbs with the advantage of getting in and out of town easily. (30mins into the centre). If you enjoy sports then there is enough open spaces to do so. There is also the open air swimming pool across the road. Great for an early morning dip!
The rent is inclusive of heating, insurance and phone/internet.
Transport to and around the 23 is extensive - 4 mins to the S-Bahn stop Atzgersdorf, so easy access to the city centre (30mins to Karls Platz -ideal for TU), U6 is a 10 min bus ride away (Alterlaa). Also just a short bus ride away is Schönbrunn great fro running.
There is a popular public open air swimming pool (Höpflerbad) is across the road and lots of shopping facilities.
This is a safe area and so no problem for anyone coming home at night. The night bus stops outside the door.
The picture of the room is not necessarily furnished with the same furniture as seen in the pictures. Each room will have a single bed, a desk, a wardrobe, shelves and a small bedside table.
