The apartment contains everything you need (fully equipped kitchen, drying rack, iron, books, hairdryer, …) and is ready to welcome you  You will need to pack your clothes, shoes and tooth-brush only.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is fully furnished – see pictures. It was completely renovated in 2017 (floor, windows, walls, bathroom) and 2018 (new kitchen, new shower, new furniture).
I am moving to Norway for a work project, hence, I am looking for expats, students or others who are in need of a comfortable flat in Vienna (min. stay of 3 months, max stay of 12 months).
The flat is perfect for people who want to stay centrally but also like to spend some time at home. The flat is very light and all windows are directed to the courtyard, so you won’t hear any traffic. I bought the entire furniture in 2018 (furniture from Maison du Monde, Home 24, Interio, Heimweh, Leiner, Ikea) and I tried to make the flat a comfortable place to stay 
The flat is very light during the day … although there is no direct daylight only in the morning during Summer (all windows point to the North). The cupboards etc will of course be empty.
