The fully furnished apartment is perfectly located just two minutes walk from Vienna’s main shopping street Mariahilferstrasse and the U3 Neubaugasse underground station. Three bus lines are just one minute from the entrance. Also very close to U4 underground station. 

Located on the third floor at the rear of a 19th century apartment building, it is bathed in light with excellent cross ventilation.  You can enjoy peaceful views across the rooftops of Vienna’s fashionable and sought after 6th district.

It is five minutes walk to the historic Naschmarkt (market), and just minutes walk to the famous coffeehouses Sperl and Ritter. Five minutes by underground or bus to the Ringstrasse and the heart of the old city. Supermarkets and restaurants on your doorstep.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or single person. Not suitable for a WG. It is 62 square metres (668 square feet), with central heating, renovated and comfortably furnished. It comprises an entrance hall, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, citrus press etc, plus washing machine, bedroom with large double-bed, bathroom (shower only), and separate toilet, plus plenty of storage space. The building has a lift.

A security deposit of 1500 euro is required at exchange of contract.
