we are going on a trip and therefore renting out our fully furnished studio apartment in central vienna (6th district)! located between naschmarkt, gumpendorferstrasse and mariahilferstrasse/museumsquartier, 5 minute walk to metro station U4 Pilgramgasse and several busses.
the apartment is situated in the lively area of mariahilf, surrounded by cafés, bars, restaurants, markets, galleries, artists' studios etc. what we love most about it is the perfect central location as well as the calm, quiet & private atmosphere in the flat and the garden.
the flat is located on the ground floor, facing our inner garden with a terrace that is beautifully taken care of. it is quiet, sunny and excellently equipped: usual kitchen utensils including freezer, fridge, dishwasher, blender, juicer, kettle, etc.; bathroom with separated toilet including washing machine, shower, sink, flat iron; WIFI, record player and projector for movie nights included.

normally it's the two of us living here with plenty of space for each. a third sleeping space is optional, as you can see in the images there is a couch/mattress in the living room.
