Die 113m2 Wohnung besteht aus Küche, Badezimmer, WC und 3 je 25m² großen Zimmern (1 Druchgangszimmer) und ist voll ausgerüstet und eingerichtet (Ablöse ca. 600 pro Person). Die Miete beträgt 1000€, Betriebskosten ca. 110 € pro Monat, Kaution 3 MM.
