The market starts just around the corner and the Yppenplatz with all the well known cafes and restaurants is on the other corner. Tram takes you within 12 minutes to the Ring and the city center, U6 Josefstädter Straße is 3 minutes walk away. Here are also the famous Clubs like Chelsea, Rhiz and so on.
Contract is limited to a period of 6 months for purposes of studies, work and leisure.

Single person preferred, for 2 it's quite small.

Du bist also nah am Geschehen, aber doch in ruhiger Lage. Tram 44 bringt dich zur Uni, der 2er in die Innenstadt und die U6 bindet dich ans U-Bahn-Netz an, alle in 3 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
Alleinmieter/in bevorzugt. Zu zweit ist es doch etwas eng.
