As I am moving out and the main and Barbora (the main renter) is 80-95% abroad managing her business, there will be 2 rooms for rent, in 84m² apartment in 16th district, bedroom and living room, available from 1st of February 2020. Each room is 20-25m². Both of them are fully furnished. (please see the picture). However, for the furniture in the bedroom there is a fee of 250euro (140cm bed excluding mattress , wardrobe, sofa, desk, chair and the kommode). There is a 3rd room in the apartment which is occupied by Barbora when she is in Vienna.
Location is great. Public transport is in 5-10min walking distance. Very close to U3 and S45 Ottakring station. There are also 4 tram lines going to the university - Schotentor (15min) and Schonbrunn (20min). Close to the apartment, there Wilhelminenberg with great view over Vienna.
We are looking for someone or a couple, that will be interested in renting 2 rooms. The rent preferably for a year or longer.
