Die Vermieterin unseres Hauses vermietet eine helle Studenten-Wohnung ab 1. August 2017..
Die Wohnung ist 45m2 groß und hat drei Zimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Schlafzimmer.
Im Haus leben viele andere Studenten, sodass es eigentlich wie eine große WG ist, nur dass jeder seine eigene Wohnung hat. Wenn Du Student/in und auf der Suche nach einer neuen Bleibe bist, melde dich bei mir!
Am 24.7. und am 26.7. gibt es die Möglichkeit einer Besichtigung.

PS: Die Fotos sind leider aufgenommen, als die letzte Mieterin gerade ausgezogen ist, deshalb liegt noch so viel herum..am 24.7. lade ich neue hoch..

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen 18.Bezirk in der Schumanngasse 15.
1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt ist das Allgemeine Krankenhaus und die Medizinische Universität Wien (MUW). Deshalb ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut (U6,42,43 und Citybikes). Wichtige Punkte der Stadt sind schnell und problemlos zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielseitig gegeben. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Hofer, Spar und auch den schönen Kutschkermarkt, wo viel los ist und man Frisches bekommt!
Im Krankenhaus ist ein Supermarkt der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat, was selten ist in der Stadt und manchmal schon sehr hilfreich war.

The flat is situated in the 18th district in Schumanngasse 15.
One minute to go is the general hospital and the medical school. Therefore the public transportation is very good at this point, you can reach every major point of the city in a short time (U6, 42, 43 and Citybikes).
There are many supermarkets around, even one that is opened on sunday which is rare in town.
In the neighbourhood is the Kutschkermarkt which is not only wonderful for fresh food but also a beautiful place to visit! In close proximity you can also find the very frequented partyzone the "Stadtbahnbögen"...
Sonstiges:
Die Wohnung teilmöbliert und mit allem was man braucht ausgerüstet.
Die Nachbarn im Haus kennen sich alle, viele sind auch Studenten, was das ganze Wohnen WG-artig gestaltet.

The flat is partlyfurnished.
The neighbours are students, too. Everybody knows each other which makes living social and like in a shared place never boring, although you are in your own flat :)
