Hallo ihr Lieben:) Da meine Mitbewohnerin Kathi und ich über den Sommer unsere Semesterferien ausnutzen und auf Reisen gehen werden, suchen wir für die Zeit jemanden für unsere kleine aber feine Wohnung!
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, wovon eines etwas größer ist und gleichzeitig als Wohn- und Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann. Alle Zimmer sind dank bodentiefer Fenster super lichtdurchflutet und da das Haus noch nicht sehr alt ist, wirkt alles noch sehr neu und modern. Toll finden wir auch den Fahrstuhl :P
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Währing, jedoch nur etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Gürtel entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten am zentralen Schottentor.
Generell ist die Anbindung ziemlich gut, da sowohl Straßenbahn als auch U-Bahn in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar sind. Generell ist die Lage eher ruhig und familiär. Direkt um die Ecke sind mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants :)
