Liebe Leute, ich bin auf der Suche nach einer/einem Zwischenmieter/in (Paar ginge auch) für meine Wohnung (55m², 1,5 Zimmer, möblierter Altbau, € 600.- all incl.+1 MM Kaution) im 4. Bezirk, nähe Hauptbahnhof.
Zeitraum wäre Mitte April bis Ende Dezember 2017, eventuell Verlängerung bis Jänner 2017.
Freue mich auf Zuschriften; idealerweise von InteressentInnen, die die Wohnung den ganzen Zeitraum mieten möchten :-)
Hey, I am looking for one (or two, if you are a couple) subtenants for my apartment as I will spend a longer time (mid of April to end of December 2017, perhaps January 2018) abroad.
The apartment is close to Hauptbahnhof in the 4th district. It consists of one big and a small room, is furnished and the monthly all inc. rent is € 600.- + one month deposit.
Looking forward to hear from you, especially if you are interested to rent the apartment over the whole period :-)

Ums Eck ist der sehr nette Draschepark (Picknick, Tischtennistische)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz (Fußgängerzone Favoritenstraße, Einkaufszentrum am Hauptbahnhof)
Einziges Manko an der Lage: es gibt kein wirkliches "Beisl ums Eck" :-)
