Zimmer für Zwischendurch/pendlerwohung

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber total nett aufgeteilt. Vorraum, Wc, Bad, Wohn/Schlafraum und Küche. Das Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist südlich ausgerichtet und bekommt viel Licht. Die Küche ist zwar klein, bietet aber verdammt viel Platz zum Kochen und Essen. (Echt eine super Aufteilung diese kleine Küche und auch südlich ausgerichtet).

Ich vermiete die Wohnung oder will diese gerne mit jemanden teilen, ideal für unter der Woche Pendler*innen und auch die meisten Wochenenden sind frei. Ich muss nämlich, wegen meiner Arbeit nach Salzburg ziehe. Ich vermiete sie Monatsweise, unter der Woche und auch die meisten Wochenenden. Ich würde nur gerne ein, maximal zwei Wochenenden im Monat mal nach Wien.
Sie ist komplett möbliert und eingerichtet. Du kannst mein Geschirr und meine Bettwäsche alles verwenden. Ich bin auch aus dem Kreativen Bereich und da hab ich allerhand an Bastelzeug, dass du auch mit benutzen kannst, wenn du willst, sonst kommt es weg.
Ich werde meine Privaten Gegenstände so gut es geht mit nehmen und in einen der Kästen verstauen. Du wirst aber genug Platz für deine 7 Sachen finden.

The flat is small but very nicely divided. Anteroom, Wc, bath, living/bedroom and kitchen. The living/bedroom is south facing and gets a lot of light. The kitchen is small, but offers a lot of space for cooking and eating. (Really a great layout of this small kitchen and also south facing).

I rent or subrent the flat, because I am moving to Salzburg for work reasons. I rent it out monthly, during the week and also the most weekends. I just want to come for one or two weekends a month or even just every other month to Vienna were I would like to stay at my house.
Completely furnished and equipped. You can use all my dishes and bed linen. I'm also from the creative sector and I have all kinds of handicraft stuff that you can use if you want to, otherwise it will get lost.
I will take my private belongings with me as far as possible and store them in one of the boxes. But you will find enough space for your 7 things.
