Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich möbliert da die Vormieterin es nett eingerichtet hat.
Der Miete beinhaltet Wasser sowie die Nutzung von Möbeln und ein Fahrrad mit einem Korb. Sie haben auch alle Küchengeschirr, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen zur Verfügung. Grundsätzlich alles.
Gas und Storm sind etwa €88 monatlich.
Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Sofa, auf dem 2 Personen schlafen können.
Lage
Schwarzenbergplatz, Belvedere Garten, Stadtpark, Rennweg.
Die U4 Station Stadtpark ist innerhalb von knapp 6 Minuten erreichbar sowie die U1, U2 Station Karlsplatz (9min)
Der Bus 4A und die Straßenbahn 71 halten fast direkt vor der Haustüre auch und die S-Bahnstation Rennweg (10min)
Karlsplatz und TU Wien sind 9 minutes walking distance.
Die Station Wien Mitte ist leicht zu erreichen, wo es auch ein Einkaufszentrum, einen Fitnessraum und vieles mehr gibt.
Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm mit Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Belvedere Garten ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar (1min).

The apartment is very bright and comfortably furnished because the previous tenant has furnished it nicely.
