Eine schöne helle 3-er WG ab Juni frei (oder schon früher)!

Hallo an alle! Wir ziehen aus unserer 3-er WG aus und suchen 3 Nachfolger/Nachfolgerinnen:)

Zu den Zimmern:
- 2 große Zimmer (18m2 straßenseitig und 15m2 hofseitig) und ein kleines (ca. 9m2 hofseitig)
- Miete 399 Euro jeweils für die großen und 299 für das kleine, plus ca. 40 Euro im Monat für Strom, Internet und Heizung
- alle Zimmer sehr hell und sehr warm im Winter
- parkettboden
- können leer oder evtl. teilmöbliert übernommen werden

Zur Wohnung:
- die Lage ist toll, direkt am Mazleinsdorfer Platz (Schnellbahn, Straßenbahnlinien 1, 6, 18, 62, Badnerbahn, Busse 14A, 12A), in 10 Minuten ist man am Karlsplatz oder Westbahnhof
- ein Euro-Spar ist 1 Minute, ein OBI 5 Minuten entfernt
- gemütliche 3-Zimmer Neubau-Wohnung, nicht sehr geräumig, aber sehr warm und sauber
- 5. Stock, also sehr hell, Aufzug vorhanden
- gepflegter ruhiger Hof
- gemeinsame Räume: kleine Küche, Flur, Badezimmer mit einer Dusche
- neue Jalousien überall in der Wohnung
- Waschmaschine vorhanden, plus es gibt im Haus eine sehr günstige und gute Waschküche mit einem tollen Trockner
- die Küche ist zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet, Geschirrspüler vorhanden
- ein geräumiges Kellerabteil steht ebensfalls zur Verfügung

Die Zimmer werden vom Vermieter separat vermietet, jede/jeder bekommt einen eigenen Mietvertrag. Kaution 3 Monatsmieten.

Wer als erste/erster einzieht darf über die weietren MitbewohnerInnen mitentscheiden:) Wenn du an einem der Zimmer Interesse hast schreib uns einfach und wir machen uns einen Besichtigungstermin aus (mit Masken und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen).

A bright and cozy 3-person shared apartment available as of 01.07.2021 or earlier!

Hi everyone! We are moving out of our 3-person shared flat and are looking for 3 new tenants.

The rooms:
- 2 big rooms (18m2 facing the street and 15m2 facing the cortyard) and 1 small (around 9m2, facing the courtyard)
- rent: two big rooms: 399 euro each, the small romm 299 euro, plus approx. 40 Euro for electricity, heating and internet
- very bright and very warm in winter
- parquet floor
- the rooms will be empty, but we can disscuss if you'd like to keep anything

The apartment:
- perfect location, directly at Mazleinsdorfer Platz (local and regional trains, trams 1, 6, 18, 62, Badnerbahn, buses 14A, 12A), Karlsplatz is reachable in 10 Minuten, so is Westbahnhof
- there's a Euro-Spar 1 Minute away, an OBI is just 5 minutes away
- cozy 3-room apartment, not very spacious, but very warm and neat
- 5. floor, very bright
- nice and quite courtyard
- common area: small kitchen, hallway, bathroom with a shower
- new blinds on all windows
- there's a washing machine, and there's also a nice and very inexpensive laundry room in the house with a good dryer
- the kitchen is small, but well equipped, including a dishwasher
- big cellar storage

The owner rents each room separately, so each tenant will get a separate contract. The deposit is 3 monthly rents.

The tenant who signs the contract first can participate in choosing the other two:) If you are interested in any of the rooms just send us a message and we will agree on a visitation date (with masks and other precautions).
