Zwischenmiete Juli - September in süßer 2 Zimmer Wohnung, Ottakring Nähe Yppenplatz

Wir (Valerio und Mira) geben unsere Wohnung für die Monate Juli, August und September zu Zwischenmiete frei! Es ist auch möglich nur ein Zimmer zu mieten, einfach anschreiben und bescheid geben, dann machen wir uns etwas aus!

Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern (17m² und 20m²) einer Küche, Badezimmer und einem separaten Klo. Die Lage ist super und auch wirklich gut angebunden (2, 44, 46, U6 Josefstädterstraße) also man kommt super schnell in die inneren Bezirke. Ein großer Vorteil ist auch, dass die Wohnung östlich ausgerichtet ist, dass heißt es bleibt im Sommer relativ kühl drinnen.

Es ist auch möglich die Wohnung für einen kürzeren Zeitraum zu mieten, wir sind da ziemlich flexibel.

Hey, we (Valerio and Mira) are renting out our lovely apartment during the period from July till September! :) It is also possible to rent only one of the two rooms, just send us a message and we will figure something out. The apartment consists of two rooms (17 and 20 square meters) and a cozy kitchen between the two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and toilet. The location is very nice, since we are very well connected to the inner districts (tram nr. 2, 44, 46 and the metro station U6 are in walking distance) and the area is very lively with many shops, cafes and the famous Brunnenmarkt just around the corner. Another big advantage is, that during the summer months it stays cool inside due to the apartment facing east.

We are pretty flexible with the time frame so if you want to stay for a shorter period, that's also possible!
