Huhu! Ich vermiete meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung am Neatroyplatz vom 12.-24.2. unter, weil ich nach Mexiko fliege :)
Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock ohne Lift also eher was für sportis, ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, fernseher, appleTV, Backofen, Wischroboter, kaffeemaschine… alles was das Herz begehrt ☺️ die Lage ist ein Traum! Mitten in Wien, mit ganz grossartigen cafes und restaurants (am Nestroyplatz), direkt an der Donau gelegen uns nicht weit bis in die Innenstadt und zum Augarten (zu Fuss erreichbar). Direkt um die Ecke fährt die U1, man ist also perfekt angebunden :)
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn jemand liebes auf meine Wohnung und Pflanzen aufpasst solange ich weg bin. Wichtig wäre mir, dass du eine achtsame, ruhige und ordentliche Person bist!
Falls du interesse hast schreib mir gern ein paar Worte und ich freu mich wenn du vielleicht schon bald ein paar tolle Tage in meiner Wohnung in Wiej verbringst!
