Vom 1. März bis 31. August 2024 bieten wir unsere möblierte Wohnung (mit Einbauküche) zur Untermiete an. Wir sind zwei Studierende und lieben unsere Wohnung sehr, sie ist sehr ruhig und hat wunderschönes Licht. Im Sommer kann man sich gut auf den Balkon setzen. Auch hat man genügend Platz um darin zu arbeiten und zu leben.
Ideal für Doktorant_Innen, Bachelor oder Master Studierende, die es für die Abschlussarbeit ein bisschen ruhiger haben wollen als im Studierendenwohnheim. Oder auch für Krankenhausmitarbeitende oder Werftarbeiter.

We are offering our furnished apartment (with kitchen) for sublet from March 1 to August 301, 2024. It is close to the university and the hospital, super quiet and in a great house community. It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the shops, and in less than 5 minutes you are in the forest in Köppenitztal. Apart from that, the apartment is located in the treetops and you have a great view of the old town.
Ideal for PhD, Bachelor or Master students who want to have it a little quieter for their thesis than in a student residence.
Sie ist Nah an der Hochschule und am Krankenhaus, super ruhig und in einer tollen Hausgemeinschaft. Zum Einkaufen braucht man nicht mal 3 min laufen, und in knapp 5 min steht man im Wald im Köppenitztal. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung in den Baumwipfeln (man bekommt kaum was von den Nebenliegenden Nachbarn mit) und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Altstadt.
