Da unsere Zimmer nach und nach frei werden, besteht die Möglichkeit zur WG-Neugründung!
Ich werde zum 01.08. ausziehen, Olli zum 01.09. und die anderen beiden Zimmer werden spätestens zum 01.11. frei - du kannst die WG also ganz so gestalten, wie du das möchtest :)
Die Zimmergrößen variieren recht stark: 12qm, 16qm, 22qm, 29qm.
Es ist geeignet für eine 4-er oder 3-er WG mit Wohnzimmer (dann wäre die Gesamtmiete 100€ günstiger)
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein - eine Minute von der Haltestelle Neubaustraße entfernt, das Uni Café liegt direkt nebenan und sowohl die Uni/ FH, als auch die restliche Innenstadt, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Kupsch) liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
