Ich möchte aus beruflichen Gründen gerne nach Berlin ziehen . Daher tausche ich meine Wohnung gegen eine 1 Zimmer oder 1.5 Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin :) Bevorzugt Altbau in einem ruhigen Gebiet. Meine Wohnung liegt in Grombühl ca. 10 Minuten entfernt von Hbf. Für eine Person kostet die Wohnung alles inklusiv 525 Euro für 2 er WG 600 Euro. Ich hatte ein neuer Schlafsofa bestellt, muss übernommen werden. Für diese Wohnung verlangt der Vermieter keine Kaution kann auch jeden Monat kündigen. also relativ flexibel. Ich habe momentan kein Handy. daher kann ich leider kein Foto hochladen. Ich geb die Wohnung nur ab, wenn ihr eine geeignete Wohnung in Berlin hätte.
