Hay :) wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung an der Talavera. Die Wohnung ist wg-tauglich und man ist mit dem ÖPNV richtig schnell in der Stadt. Zu den 690€ Miete kommt noch Strom und Internet dazu.
Die Wohnung wird mit Küche und Waschmaschine vermietet, dafür würden wir eine Ablöse haben wollen.
Die Wohnung ist richtig hell und hat eine geräumige Küche. Außerdem gibt es ein Kellerabteil und eine Waschmaschine im Keller.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Talavera, deswegen findet man immer leicht Parkplätze. Außerdem ist man innerhalb von 3 Minuten an den Mainwiesen in der Zellerau. Man läuft ca.15 Minuten in die Stadt, die Straba-Haltestelle Talavera ist zu Fuß ca.7 Minuten entfernt.
