Die Wohnung kann möbliert oder unmöbliert angemietet werden. Möbliert werden 4
Zimmer vermietet - also die ganze Wohnung -, sollte unmöbliert vermietet werden,
werden 3 Zimmer vermietet.
Als Kaution sind zwei Kaltmieten erforderlich. Die Wohnung ist WG geeignet.

Hello there,
We are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful and cosy apartment in
Wuppertal - Elberfeld. We will be traveling the world from the first of June
2020 until the first of June 2021.
Rent will be 655€, Utilities 222€, Electricity 60€, Gas 70€, Internet 32,98€. In
total 1039,98 € per month.
The flat can be rented furnished (4 Rooms) or unfurnished (3 Rooms). We
request two months rent as deposit. The apartment is perfect to split with a roommate.
Optionally, we would rent out single rooms under the condition that the
room is rented for the whole year.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem Ölberg (Hedwigstraße) und ist fußläufig vom
beliebten Luisenviertel mit Bars und Restaurants und der Elberfelder Innenstadt entfernt.
Die A 46 ist in unter fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mit dem ÖPNV ist man in
30 Minuten in Düsseldorf und in 40 in Köln.
The apartment is located in Oelberg, a
hip and quiet, alternative neighborhood. A lot of bars, restaurants and local
shops are in walking distance. The Elberfelder city center is nearby as well.
You can reach the freeway A46 to Dortmund and Duesseldorf in under 5
minutes by car. The train will take you to Duesseldorf in 30 minutes and to
Cologne in 40 minutes.
Internet, Strom und Gas sind im Preis mit inbegriffen.
Internet/WiFi, Electricity and Gas will be included.
