Da ich für ein Praxissemester eine Zeit lang nicht in Zittau bin, suche ich jemand der an meiner Wohnung interesse hat und auch die Pflanzen gießt ^__~. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat alles was man braucht oder gebrauchen könnte. Ein großer Fernsehr mit einer Playstation 3 ist zur Unterhaltung auch vorhanden. Genauso wie Internetanschluss, ein sehr großes Bett, Waschmaschine und kompletter Küche.
Ich bin auch offen für Verhandlungen, falls jemand nur ein Teil der Zeit die Wohnung haben möchte, oder die Kosten zu hoch sind.
Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Innenstadt gleich neben dem Rathaus/Marktplatz. Zur Hochschule läuft man in 5min und 10min zum Bahnhof.
