The flat itself is located on a very quiet street two minutes away from Helvetiaplatz and Langstrasse, so public transport, shopping and nightlife are all very close by. Occupying the top two floors of a seven-story row house, it was renovated a only a few years ago to a very high standard and now features three bedrooms, one bathroom, a big kitchen/dining room with dishwasher and picture window and a huge living room. We also have our own, private rooftop terrace with a hot tub, a grill and stunning mountain views - perfect for BBQs and parties. Rent is CHF 1490/month and includes utilities, Internet/Wi-Fi, cleaning and ironing service and use of our own washer/dryer.
