Flatshare - looking for a roommate

Two people, one home, hopefully a good idea!
I’m looking for someone to share a lovely 2-bedroom apartment and turn it into more than just a place where two people happen to pay rent.
The apartment will be your home too (proper official sublet contract, Anmeldung possible), so I’m looking for someone who wants to shape it together.
BASIC FACTS: 26 m2 room in a sunny 5th floor flat 93 m2 flat (no lift, no balcony). Rent: 640€ warm plus utilities (electricity, internet insurances, Rundfunkbeitrag), will normally be no more than 700€ in total)
Adress: Regina-Jonas-Str., 10999 Kreuzberg
U Kottbusser Tor or U Schönleinstr.
The neighborhood is quite lively but the street itself is actually very quiet.
IMPORTANT I currently already work from home — so I’m not looking for another full-time home-office freelancer.
Who might fit?
You don’t need to tick every box. And the most important criteria for me is to get genuinely along! But I prefer to be transparent about my preferences and hopefully, so will you when telling more about you :)
1. You are preferably LGBTQI+ or an ally. Not because there is a secret gay entrance exam, but because I’d like the flat to feel like a genuinely queer-friendly home.
2. You don’t smoke. Also, the flat has no balcony anyways.
3. You are sober or sober friendly. Alcohol and drugs are not your things and when friends come over, they should visit sober.
4. You eat vegetarian or vegan, at least at home. You can be flexitarian as long as you don't consume meat or fish at home.
5. You like good food and actually cook well. Bonus points for enjoying cooking together from time to time, but also baking, experimenting with fermented foods or sprouts, I am open!
6. You care about where your food comes from. Preferably organic and seasonal.
7. You move your body. Sport, dancing, yoga, swimming, climbing, running, walking... whatever makes sense to you.
8. You have a reasonably normal relationship with heating. We don’t need to recreate the tropics in every room in January.
9. You care about the environment, at least enough to avoid treating the apartment like a small private airport lounge. You know what recycling bins are, turn off the lights when you leave a room, turn off water when you brush your teeth etc. You preferably avoid wasting food and using unnecessary chemicals to clean the flat. You enjoy thinking about what we can do as roommates for the planet, whether it is getting a new plant baby from a neighbor rather than from the store or hunt for a second hand piece of furniture on Ebay Kleinanzeigen to make the flat a bit cuter every now and then.
10. You enjoy having people around. Friends for dinner, drinks, conversations, occasionally birthday chaos, Sunday cooking experiments — ideally the home has sometimes life in it, while respecting each other needs for more calmer, quieter daily life moments.
11. You also enjoy doing things together occasionally. A walk along the canal, cooking dinner, watching a film, going somewhere random, going to an event. Nothing compulsory. We are flatmates, not a cult.
12. You are creative or curious. I’d love someone who is happy to make things, experiment, repair things, build things, draw, cook, plant, improvise or otherwise occasionally ask: “What if we tried this?” Also happy to have a roommate who is interested in Berlin's cultural life (exhibitions, ballets, concerts, you name it!)
13. You are open-minded. You might introduce me to things I don’t know yet — without making it your personal mission to convert me.
14. And probably most importantly...
I’m looking for someone who wants to create a home together, rather than simply rent a room. That means having your own life, friends and interests, but also being open to a bit of shared life. No forced roommate bonding. No compulsory Sunday brunch. No emotional support contract. Just two people who like living together and occasionally think: “Shall we cook something?” or “Want to go for a walk?” or “Should we build something ridiculous for the living room?”

A little about me
I’m Côme, 37, French-German, and I work as a systemic coach and artistic researcher. I speak fluently French, German & English.
I like cooking, swimming, working out & yoga, art and culture, having people over and have a good laugh or discussing ideas that probably don’t need quite as much discussion.
I’m pretty active and curious, care about food and the environment, and like a home that has some life in it — but also respect closed doors and headphones.
I’m looking for someone who wants to share a home rather than simply share a rent contract.
A little about the apartment
PLEASE NOTE I am currently not living in the flat and will move with you on Nov 1st. This means that I can't organise visits spontaneously but if we match, you'll have of course the chance to see the flat before you move in.

PLEASE NOTE There might be renovations to make when entering the flat (especially walls and potentially kitchen). I look for a roommate open to this idea and flexible about living in a bit of mess whilst walls are repainted or kitchen redone. This will be done either right away or over the course of the first months. This is something that will be discussed together.
My current plan is that the living room would intentionally not become a traditional sofa + TV museum but I am open to ideas. I’d love it to be a flexible common space: dinner table, reading room, creative workshop, yoga-ish space, occasional mess laboratory, friends coming over...

I also occasionally work with coaching clients. So, from time to time, the living room may be used for a coaching session during working hours. Ideally, you have your own workplace or activity outside the apartment several days or 5 days a week.
