Hey,

I sublet my room because I have to move for few months away.

Therefore, my room is for rent from 01.12.2026 to 01.05.2027.

The rent is with everything included 750€ plus an upcoming 1000€ deposit.

I am looking for someone who has his/her party phase behind them and understands that they are moving into a flat with people who are working and have obligations. So no House parties or every weekend having friends over and all that stuff.

Our Home is our place for peace and relaxation.

This means a quiet respectful living together with my other two roommates is super important.

You will be living with 2 super sweet guys who are working as Curator for a Museum and Student of International Buisness, they only speak English so its important that u do the same.

In the end they will also make the final decision who will move in. Because they literally have to live with you.

Among other things, it is important to me that you have a green thumb, because as you can see I have many plants around which you also have to take care of, that is super important to me !!!!


The apartment itself is located in the ring and on the U8 and is 10 min walk away from Tempelfhofer Feld and the "famous" Schillerkiez.

In front of the door are directly supermarkets and so on, so easy going for daily errands.


Preferably I am looking for someone who would like to have the room for the whole period so there is not so much back and forth.
