Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses mit sechs Parteien.

Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 12 Minuten erreichbar. Bushaltestellen mit Verbindungen in verschiedene Richtungen befinden sich nur etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 12 Minuten erreichbar.

Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäckerei, Metzgerei sowie Döner- und Pizzerialäden sind in etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte wie Netto, REWE, Ebl und NORMA befinden sich ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small apartment building with six residential units.

The city center can be reached by bike in about 12 minutes. Several bus stops with connections in different directions are just a 3-minute walk away. The train station is about 12 minutes away by bike.

The nearest local shops, including a bakery, butcher, and kebab/pizzeria, are only a 4-minute walk away. Supermarkets such as Netto, REWE, Ebl, and NORMA can be reached by bike in approximately 5 minutes.

WG-Leben

Ich bin 59 Jahre alt, berufstätig und wünsche mir ein entspanntes und harmonisches Zusammenleben. Aufgrund meiner Arbeit bin ich an fünf Tagen pro Woche tätig, allerdings zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten.

Zurzeit wohnt bereits eine freundliche Mitbewohnerin aus Indien in der WG. Wir schätzen ein offenes und respektvolles Miteinander und freuen uns über kulturelle Vielfalt und einen angenehmen Austausch im Alltag.

Ich suche eine freundliche und zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin, die Wert auf ein ruhiges, ordentliches und respektvolles Zusammenleben legt. Das Alter spielt für mich nicht die wichtigste Rolle – viel wichtiger sind Ehrlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Rücksichtnahme und ein gutes Miteinander.

Mir ist wichtig, dass sich alle in der WG wohlfühlen und die gemeinsame Wohnung mit Respekt und Sorgfalt behandelt wird.

Die gemeinsam genutzten Räume wie Küche, Bad, WC und Flur werden abwechselnd einmal pro Woche gereinigt. Da wir die Aufgaben fair teilen, ist jede Person ungefähr alle drei Wochen mit dem Putzen an der Reihe.

Ich freue mich auf eine nette Mitbewohnerin und ein angenehmes Zusammenleben.

Shared Living / WG Life

I am 59 years old, work full-time, and I am looking for a relaxed and harmonious living arrangement. Due to my job, I work five days a week, although my working hours vary.

At the moment, a friendly flatmate from India is already living in the shared apartment. We appreciate an open and respectful atmosphere and enjoy cultural diversity as well as a pleasant exchange in everyday life.

I am looking for a friendly and reliable female flatmate who values a calm, tidy, and respectful shared living environment. Age is not the most important factor for me – honesty, reliability, consideration, and a good relationship with each other are much more important.

It is important to me that everyone feels comfortable in the shared apartment and treats the home with respect and care.

The shared areas, such as the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and hallway, are cleaned on a weekly rotation. Since we share the responsibilities fairly, each person is responsible for cleaning approximately once every three weeks.

I look forward to welcoming a friendly flatmate and creating a pleasant living environment together.

Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und wird zunächst für mindestens ein Jahr vermietet.

Wichtig:

Die Kaution ist direkt bei Abschluss des Mietvertrages zu zahlen (bzw. nachweisbar zu überweisen), damit der Vertrag wirksam wird und das Zimmer für dich reserviert ist.

Die angegebenen Nebenkosten sind eine monatliche Vorauszahlung. Da die Energie- und Warmwasserkosten in Deutschland sehr hoch sind, erfolgt bei Auszug eine Abrechnung nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch (bzw. Pro-Kopf-Anteil der Wohnung). Bei normalem Verbrauch entstehen keine Zusatzkosten. Extremer Mehrverbrauch (z. B. durch sehr langes tägliches Duschen oder Heizen bei offenem Fenster) muss nachgezahlt werden.

Please note:

The deposit (Kaution) must be paid directly upon signing the rental contract (or via verifiable bank transfer) to finalize the agreement and secure the room for you.

The utility costs (Nebenkosten) are a monthly advance payment. Since energy and hot water are very expensive in Germany, a final billing based on actual consumption (or per-capita share of the apartment) will be done when you move out. With normal usage, there will be no extra fees. However, extreme excess consumption (e.g., very long daily showers or heating with open windows) will result in a back-payment.
