Die WG liegt in absoluter Innenstadtlage direkt an der Zeil in Höhe der Konstablerwache.
Die dort zur Verfügung stehenden U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Straßenbahn oder Buslinien führen einen überall innerhalb Frankfurt und außerhalb hin. Zur Haltestelle Konstablerwache ist es 1min zu Fuß entfernt.
Vor dem Haus stehen Fahrradhaltestellen.
Mit dem Auto hat man es in der Innenstadt schon deutlich schwerer, gerne sind wir aber auf der Suche nach einem Parkhausplatz behilflich.
Zu Fuß können alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Zeil und der umliegenden Innenstadtstraßen einfach erreicht werden. Es gibt jede Menge Supermärkte jeden Couleurs, in unserem Haus auch einen japanischen Supermarkt, jede Menge Kaffees, Restaurants, die Kleinmarkthallen sind in Laufweite.
Für Sport gibt es mindestens 3 Fitness-Centers im Umkreis von 100m, man kann phantastisch am nahe gelegenen Mainufer joggen gehen.

The flat share is located absolutely central, directly on the Zeil at the height of the Konstablerwache.
The subway, S-Bahn, streetcar or bus lines available there take you everywhere within Frankfurt and outside. To the stop Konstablerwache it is 1min walking distance.
There are bicycle stands to fasten your bike in front of the house.
With a car it is much more difficult in the city center, but we are happy to help you find a parking space.
All shopping facilities on the Zeil and the surrounding inner city streets can be easily reached on foot. There are plenty of supermarkets of all colors, in our house there is a nice Japanese supermarket, lots of coffees, restaurants, the Kleinmarkthallen are within walking distance.
For sports there are at least 3 fitness centers within a radius of 100m, you can go jogging fantastically on the nearby banks of the Main.

Die WG ist gerade neu eingerichtet worden. Sie ist ideal für young-Professionals, Praktikanten, Leute, die gerne mit einem Koffer anreisen und sich um nichts Weiteres kümmern wollen oder können.
Die WG hat ein super schnelles Internet, die Zimmer sind vollständig möbliert, als Option stellen wir gerne Bettzeug und Bettwäsche, oder einen Fernseher, oder einen Reinigungsservice des eigenen Zimmers (die Allgemeinflächen der WG werden tournusmäßig gereinigt, die Kosten sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten), oder einen kleinen Kühlschrank für das eigene Zimmer zu einem kleinen Aufpreis zur Verfügung.
Wir stellen Wohnungsgeberbestätigungen aus und helfen bei den Formularen, die bei Visaangelegenheiten vom Wohnungsgeber benötigt werden.
Die Kosten für die Rundfunkgebühren werden von uns getragen.
