Location

The apartment is located in the heart of the Reiherstieg quarter, at the corner of Georg-Wilhelm-Straße and Fährstraße. The number 13 bus stops right outside the front door, giving you excellent access to public transport.

Everyday life is well covered too: the Penny supermarket is just a few minutes away, and Vehringstraße is also a short walk, with all the shops, restaurants and bars the neighbourhood has to offer.

Life in the Flatshare

My name is Matthias, I'm 43 years old and the main tenant of this apartment. I'm self-employed as a designer and actor, and since my office is also a room in the apartment, I'm around a lot.

I'm a mindful person and spend a lot of time on meditation and sport. I live smoke- and drug-free and only rarely drink alcohol. Nutrition matters to me, and I cook delicious food almost every day. That said, I'm a sociable person and enjoy a friendly chat, though that's of course never a must.

On weekends, my partner occasionally visits with her dog, who then sometimes hangs out in the kitchen for a few hours. He's a very hypoallergenic little ray of sunshine.

One more thing worth knowing: there's a 3D printer in the kitchen that sometimes runs overnight.
