Falls Interesse geweckt, melde dich gerne. :)

Hey everybody! :)

The apartment is located in Südvorstadt, you can reach from here easily the center, the main station or the beloved lake "Cospudener See" in the summer. (by bike 10 min to the center and 15 min to the lake)

Your future room is 17 qm big, has very tall walls and a practical shape (see photos), so you can furniture it very comfortably. Now there is a big bed, a small closet, a table and a chair, so you will have everything needed. :)
If you already have your own furniture, it ́s also not a problem, I could just bring the recent ones in the basement.

The windows open to a side street, where is almost no traffic, therefore its very calm and quiet and you can sleep with the windows opened at night. (if you want :) )

The Lößniger Straße is very close to the famous Karl-Liebknecht-Straße (so-called "Karli"), where you can find many bars, pubs and resaurants. Addicionally you can reach walking or biking the main grocery stores: Aldi, Rewe, Penny or Konsum.
Finally, there are also many green areas in the neighborhood, and the main are Auwald, Fockeberg or Clara-Zetkin Park. Suitable for grill or sports activities. :)

Something about me: I have studied Germanistik in Czech Republik and after that I decided to move to Leipzig. I really like this city. :)
Recently I work at the UFZ, it ́s the Enviromental Research Center in Leipzig. In my free time I like to go climbing, riding my bike, doing yoga or meeting my friends. I also like to play boardgames or just chill at home and watch movies.
I am a friendly and easygoing person, who you can always talk with. I would be more than happy to share some activities.
I consider home as a place to rest and chill after a long day of activities, especially after work. I don't smoke, and I would appreciate not smoking at home.
It would be great if you have a similar lifestyle and consider your home as a place for relaxing and like partying outside.

If you are interested, please write me here, I am looking forward to your message! :)

Cheers,
Juli
