Wg-Zimmer (unbefristed/befristet, 2er WG)

The location is great! It's only about 100 meters to the Isar – just cross a small street and you're in the green area of the river. The bus line 54 stops right in front of the house (Gerhardstraße stop), and it's about a 5-minute walk to the U-Bahn (U1) and other bus lines at Candidplatz. All necessary shops, like bakeries and supermarkets, can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot.

What can I say… in the end, it all comes down to chemistry. I work in shifts, so depending on your work schedule, there may be weeks where we don’t see much of each other. It's important to me that we’re respectful of each other, communicate, and live together harmoniously, rather than just side by side. I also value a certain level of cleanliness and order.

not a functional shared flat, but a home where people know each other,
can rely on each other and sometimes do things together.

Ich freue mich auf eure Anfragen!

Grüße,
Jan

A little about me: I’m 34 years old and have been living in Munich for many years. Gender or nationality doesn’t matter to me – as long as we get along. Sympathetic vibes are the key!

I look forward to your inquiries!

Cheers,
Jan
