WG Zimmer in 1090 direkt am Donaukanal (teilmöbliert möglich)

Wir wohnen direkt bei der Friedensbrücke im 9. Bezirk. Du musst nur die Straße überqueren und bist direkt am Donaukanal. Alle Unis sind mit den Öffis in unter 15 Minuten erreichbar und die U4 Station Friedensbrücke ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug: Spar, Bipa, dm und der legendäre Billa am Franz Josefs Bahnhof (7 Tage die Woche bis 22 Uhr geöffnet!) sind alle in unter 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auf der anderen Kanalseite gibt’s außerdem einen Hofer.

Abgesehen davon punktet der 9. Bezirk natürlich mit vielen gemütlichen Cafés, Bars und dem wunderschönen Servitenviertel. Und auch der Augarten ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

We're located right next to Friedensbrücke in the 9th district. Just cross the street and you're directly at the Donaukanal. All universities are reachable within 15 minutes by public transport, and the U4 station Friedensbrücke is basically right outside the front door.

Shopping is super convenient: Spar, Bipa, dm, and the legendary Billa at Franz Josefs Bahnhof (open 7 days a week until 10pm!) are all within a 5 minute walk. There’s also a Hofer just across the canal.

Beyond that, the 9th district has a lot to offer: cozy cafés, bars, and the charming Servitenviertel. Plus, Vienna’s most beautiful park, the Augarten, is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Du würdest mit mir, Tibor (30), und Conny (30), zusammenleben.

Ich lebe seit fast 10 Jahren in Wien, habe hier Psychologie studiert und arbeite mittlerweile an der Uni Wien. Abseits der Arbeit treff ich mich gerne zum Kaffee oder Spieleabende mit Freunden, geh Klettern oder Radln (mir ist bewusst, wie Cliche das für Wien ist 😄).

Conny kommt ursprünglich aus München, hat aber die letzten fünf Jahre in Barcelona gelebt und ist vor Kurzem beruflich nach Wien gezogen. Sie ist eine offene, unkomplizierte und kommunikative Person und verbringt viel Zeit mit Sport, von Beachvolleyball über Wandern und Skifahren bis hin zu Rennradfahren. Gleichzeitig liebt sie es aber auch, neue Cafés und asiatische Restaurants auszuprobieren.

Wir würden uns über Berufstätige oder fortgeschrittene Studierende freuen, damit Alltag und Rhythmus halbwegs kompatibel sind. Sportbegeisterung ist natürlich ein Plus, aber definitiv kein Muss 😊

Der WG Alltag bei uns ist generell sehr entspannt. Wir kochen hin und wieder gemeinsam oder machen mal eine Rennradausfahrt zusammen, gleichzeitig ist uns aber wichtig, dass jede auch den eigenen Rückzugsort hat. Gute Kommunikation innerhalb der WG liegt uns besonders am Herzen, damit das Zusammenleben für alle angenehm bleibt.

Was Sauberkeit und Ordnung betrifft, fahren wir bisher sehr gut damit, dass jede hinter sich selbst herräumt und wir alle paar Wochen gemeinsam einen kleinen Putztag machen.

You’d be living with me, Tibor (30), and Conny (30).

I’ve been living in Vienna for almost 10 years, studied psychology here, and now work at the University of Vienna. Outside of work, I enjoy meeting friends for coffee or board game nights, going climbing, or cycling around the city (yes, the Vienna cliché is real 😄).

Conny originally comes from Munich but spent the last five years living in Barcelona before recently moving to Vienna for work. She’s an open, easygoing, and communicative person who spends a lot of her free time doing sports, from beach volleyball, hiking, and skiing to road cycling. At the same time, she also loves discovering new cafés and trying out Asian restaurants around the city.

We’d ideally like to find working professionals or students who are a bit further along in their studies so that our daily routines are somewhat compatible. Being into sports is definitely a plus, but absolutely not a requirement 😊

WG life here is generally very relaxed. We occasionally cook together or go for bike rides, but it’s equally important to us that everyone has their own personal space and privacy when needed. Good communication within the flat is something we really value so that living together stays easy and enjoyable for everyone.

As for cleanliness, we’ve found that things work best when everyone cleans up after themselves, plus the occasional shared cleaning day every few weeks.
