Due to a work placement abroad, I am looking to sublet my appartment which is located on the border of Schöneberg and Friedenau.

- 5min walk to Walther Schreiber Platz (U9)
- 8min walk to Feuerbachstr. (S1)
- Many buses going to Mitte, Schöneberg

✨Availability✨
- Ca mid September 2026 until mid August 2027

✨Subtenant✨
- The landlord would like me to find a subtenant with a fulltime job, papers and someone who is reliable. It‘s a great house with many young neighbours, but it‘s not a party house. So the flat would be a great fit for someone who enjoys the business of Berlin city centre but likes to retreat to a green quieter area.
- The landlord also wants only ONE person for the sublet, so the flat is unfortunately suitable for a WG or for a couple
