Wir vermieten unsere schöne, helle und großzügige Wohnung für zunächst rund 6 Monate, da wir als Familie für rd. zwei Jahre ins Ausland gehen. Wenn es für beide Seiten passt, besteht daher explizit auch die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung über Mai 2027 hinaus zu mieten.

Die Wohnung liegt am oberen Ende des Samariterkiezes, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Samariterkirche sowie zu zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Gleichzeitig ist die Wohnung durch die niedrige Umgebungsbebauung sehr hell und bietet einen schönen Blick ins Grüne.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie und bietet drei Schlafzimmer: Zwei ruhige Zimmer liegen zum grünen Hinterhof/Garten, eines mit Doppelbett (180cm) und eines mit einem 110 cm breiten Bett. Das dritte Zimmer zur Straße verfügt über ein 160 cm breites Bett. Somit ist auch das Wohnen mit mehreren Kindern problemlos möglich.

Die große Terrasse mit Garten ist eine kleine grüne Oase. Im garten ist noch eine Sandkiste und viel Platz (Gemeinschaftsteil)

.Die moderne, großzügige Küche ist komplett ausgestattet – unter anderem mit Miele-Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Staubsauger. Die gesamte Wohnung ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert für 1.500 € Gesamtmiete pro Monat vermietet – inklusive Strom, Heizung, Internet und aller Nebenkosten.

**Bright Family Apartment in Samariterkiez – 6 Months with Option to Extend**

We are renting out our beautiful, bright and spacious apartment for initially around 6 months, as our family will be moving abroad for two years. If it works well for both sides, there is also the option to extend the rental period beyond the initial 6 months.

The apartment is located at the upper end of **Samariterkiez**, very close to Samariterkirche and within walking distance of numerous cafés, restaurants and small shops. Thanks to the low-density surroundings, the apartment is very bright and enjoys a lovely view of the greenery.

The apartment is ideal for a family and has three bedrooms: Two quiet bedrooms face the green courtyard/garden, one with a double bed and one with a 110 cm wide bed. The third bedroom, facing the street, has a 160 cm wide bed. This makes the apartment perfectly suitable for families with several children.

The large terrace and garden are a little green oasis. The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped, including a Miele dishwasher, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The entire apartment is modern, tastefully furnished and very well equipped.

The apartment is rented **fully furnished for €1,500 per month**, **including electricity, heating, internet and all additional costs**.
