I'm renting out my beautiful and spacious 2-room flat in a prime location right at Boxhagener Platz. The flat is fully furnished, 74 sqm in size, with two rooms, a separate kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. It has recently been renovated and offers excellent sound and heat insulation.

You'll find a dedicated workspace with an external screen, keyboard and mouse. The bed is extra large (1.80 m width) and comes with sheets, blankets and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a cozy living room with a sofa and 4K beamer – the photos show the full setup.

Right outside the door you’ll find plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants in the lively Boxhagener Kiez. Public transport is within walking distance via S-Bahn stations Warschauer Straße and Ostkreuz.

The flat is available for a total rental period of 4 weeks. The rent is 270 € per week, which amounts to 1,080 € for four weeks. Since the flat is fully furnished, I ask for a 1,000 € deposit, which will of course be fully refunded at the end of your stay after returning the flat in its original condition.

I’m looking for a respectful person who feels at home here and waters the plants from time to time. The flat is ideal for singles or couples.

No smoking inside (only on the balcony). No pets.

Ich vermiete meine schöne, große 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Toplage direkt am Boxhagener Platz. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, hat 74 qm, zwei Zimmer, ein separates Bad, eine separate Küche und einen Balkon. Sie wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über sehr gute Wärme- und Schallisolierung .

Es gibt einen separaten Arbeitsplatz mit externem Monitor, Maus und Tastatur. Das Bett ist extra groß (1,80 m breit) und kommt mit frischer Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Decken. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer findest du ein gemütliches Sofa und einen 4K-Beamer – die Fotos zeigen dir alles Weitere.

Vor der Haustür wartet der lebendige Boxhagener Kiez mit vielen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichst du fußläufig über S Warschauer Straße und S Ostkreuz.

Die Wohnung wird für insgesamt 4 Wochen vermietet. Die Miete beträgt 270 € pro Woche, also 1.080 € für vier Wochen. Da die Wohnung vollständig möbliert ist, erhebe ich eine Kaution von 1.000 €, die du bei Übergabe der Wohnung im ursprünglichen Zustand selbstverständlich zurückbekommst.

Ich suche eine respektvolle Person, die sich hier wohlfühlt und den Pflanzen ab und zu etwas Wasser gibt. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für Einzelpersonen oder Paare.

Bitte nicht in der Wohnung rauchen (nur auf dem Balkon). Keine Haustiere.
