Furnished Apartment in Berlin-Mitte for Sublet | October–December

I’m subletting my apartment in Berlin-Mitte for around two months while I’m away in the US.

The apartment is located on Linienstraße, right in the heart of Mitte, and will be rented fully furnished. It’s ideal for one person or a couple looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay in Berlin for a couple of months.

flexible availability
Fully furnished: Yes

The apartment is fully equipped, so you can basically move in with just your personal belongings.

The location is hard to beat: you’re right in the center of Berlin, surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, shops and excellent public transport connections, while the apartment itself is quiet, bright and facing the courtyard.

As this is my personal home and I’ll be moving back in after my time abroad, I’m looking for reliable and respectful tenants who will take good care of the apartment while I’m away.

If you’re interested, please send me a short message telling me a little about yourself, what brings you to Berlin, and the dates you’re looking for.

Happy to arrange a viewing!n
