I’m subletting my bright, fully furnished 56m2 apartment in Schillerkiez, Neukölln, one of the nicest areas in the district, just a 2-minute walk from Tempelhofer Feld. The street is quiet and green, while still being surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and shops.

The flat includes:
- Living room with a working desk and dining table (please note: there will be no couch, as I am currently in the process of moving out)
- Bedroom with a comfortable 160x200cm bed
- Equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, etc.)
- Fast Wi-Fi up to 250 Mbps — ideal for working from home
- Balcony with calm, open views
- 4th floor in a classic old building (no elevator)

The apartment is on the top floor of a beautiful old building — bright, peaceful, and full of character. It has all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay: an equipped kitchen, bed, workspace, washing facilities, and plenty of storage space. All my personal belongings will be removed before your arrival.

- Rent: €1,050/month (all included: utilities and Wi-Fi)
- Couples: +€60/month
- Deposit: €500, refundable at the end of the sublet provided that the apartment is returned in good condition and there are no damages.
- October: The rent will be adjusted on a pro rata daily basis, as the stay does not cover the full month.

I’m looking for a trustworthy and reliable professional who is clean, organized, will stay for the full period, and will take good care of the apartment. No smoking, pets, or parties — it’s a quiet, family-oriented building.

Please provide proof of liability insurance.
Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible during the sublet.
