1-2 months sublet 84sqm well located apartment

I am renting out my lovely, fully equipped 84 m2 apartment while travelling for around two months. The apartment includes a bedroom, office, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, and a winter garden/balcony area.

The living room has a large projector for movie nights. The office includes a standing desk, office chair, and large monitor. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed with an Emma mattress.

The apartment is best suited for a couple. Everything I own will remain in the apartment, so I am looking for a respectful, trustworthy, and responsible tenant.

There are also many plants that need simple care—especially light watering two or three times during autumn. The deposit will be returned quickly after my return if the apartment and plants are in good condition.
