I’m offering my sunny 64 m2 apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for sublet from March 12th to April 9th, 2026 (I have some flexibility with the dates if the full period doesn’t fit perfectly). The place is ideal for one person or a couple. Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible for this period.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator and step-free access). It is very bright and has great cross-ventilation. It has a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry/storage space, a living room, and a bedroom with a south-facing balcony overlooking a very quiet street that leads to Filmtheater am Friedrichshain and Musikbrauerei.

The location is excellent:
– 5-minute walk to Volkspark Friedrichshain
– supermarket right across the street
– 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz by tram (stop 2 minutes away)
– surrounded by many cafés, bars, and restaurants

No pets and no parties allowed. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
