Bright & newly renovated Flat in most beautiful area (Kollwitzkiez/Winsviertel)

Internet, electricity, heating costs are included in the price of 1140€ per month.
The flat comes with a washing machine and is fully furnished. Nevertheless there is of course still plenty of space for your own stuff. Some parts of the apartment have just recently been renovated. The kitchen is also very well equipped (of course everything can be used).
The windows of the apartment face the courtyard, so there’s no street noise at all. When stepping out of the building, you’re right by the busy, beautiful and safe area of Berlin - Kollwitzkiez (the most beautiful „kiez“ in berlin!). It offers a huge variety of amazing cafés and restaurants and really is the hotspot of the city!
As the flat is for subrent no registration is possible. You can still order parcels etc but then just mention my last name in the c/o.
The flat can only be subrented for the full period of November 1st 2026 until February 15th 2027 (with potential to extend a few more days). The deposit will be 1 month rent (aka 1140€).

What’s in general important for me: be a responsible, trustworthy, clean and a reliable person. This flat is my home and I take very much care of it, keep it neat and everything in place. I would assume you would want anyone else to do the same with your home. The flat also comes with some plants. They require some occasional care (watering, not more) and I need to trust you to keep an eye on them. In case this is too much responsibility, let me know beforehand and I will relocate them to my neighbour. If you are such a big plant lover as I am though, I would be super happy to leave them with you.
