Cozy Berlin Home | 65m2 | Available in December

The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood near Franz-Neumann-Platz in Berlin-Reinickendorf.

One of its biggest advantages is its excellent public transport connection. The U8 underground station Franz-Neumann-Platz is just a one-minute walk away, providing convenient direct connections to Gesundbrunnen, Alexanderplatz, and other central Berlin neighborhoods.

Despite its excellent connectivity, the surrounding area offers a peaceful residential atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring or working in the city.

You’ll find supermarkets, shops, and other everyday essentials within easy reach, so everything you need for daily life is conveniently close by.

Whether you’re visiting Berlin for work, spending time exploring the city, or simply looking for a temporary home, the location offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and accessibility.

As I’ll be traveling abroad, I’m offering my fully furnished apartment for temporary subletting from 12 December 2026 to 12 January 2027.

Rental conditions:

- Rental period: 12 December 2026 – 12 January 2027
- Total rent: €1,400 (fixed price for the entire period)
- Security deposit: €500
- Shorter stays: Possible, but the total rental price remains €1,400
- Longer stays: Unfortunately not possible

Please note that the rental dates and total price are fixed and non-negotiable. While you’re welcome to stay for a shorter period, no discounts or partial refunds can be offered for unused days.

I’m looking for a responsible and considerate tenant who will treat my home with care during my absence.

Please only contact me if you agree with the stated rental period, price, and deposit requirements. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to consider inquiries requesting different dates, longer stays, or price negotiations.

If you’re interested, feel free to send me a short introduction about yourself and the purpose of your stay.

I look forward to hearing from you!
