I am renting out my beloved 63 sqm fully furnished apartment in Berlin-Schöneberg from September 5 to October 5, 2026.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and features a separate living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. With its beautiful high Altbau ceilings, large windows, and abundant natural light, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. One of its highlights is the incredible blue and golden hour light in the evenings, creating a truly special ambiance.

This is my personal home, furnished and maintained with great care. Therefore, I am looking for someone who will treat the apartment, furniture, and belongings with the utmost respect and care.

- Quiet and responsible tenants only
- The apartment must be returned thoroughly cleaned and in the same condition in which it was received
- Friendly neighbors nearby will occasionally check in and are available should any issues arise during your stay
- The €500 deposit will be refunded after my return and inspection of the apartment
