Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Große Küche mit allen Elektrogeräten - Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine + Sitzbereich/Arbeitsbereich. Neues Boxpring Bett von 2026, Couch, TV, W-LAN. Home office möglich. Großes Bad mit Badewanne + Waschmaschine. Handtücher und Bettwäsche inkl.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Keine Partys! Vorzugsweise an Einzelpersonen zu vermieten/ Max. 2 Personen.
Online Besichtigung mit Video Call / dann ggf. persönliches Kennenlernen und Besichtigung in Person.
Die Kaution von 500€ und die Miete von 450€ (All in - für den gesamten Zeitraum) - sind im Voraus zu bezahlen.
Die Kaution wird am 14.09.26 sofort zurückerstattet!

I am offering my entire, fully and high quality furnished apartment for short term rent, as I am traveling.
The apartment is for rent from 4.09.26 - 13.09.26.( 10 Days - with short term rent contract)
The apartment is fully equipped. Large kitchen with all electrical appliances - Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine + sitting area/work area .New Boxspring bed (2026), couch, TV, W-LAN. Home office possible. Large bathroom with bathtub + washing machine . Towels and bed linenare incl.
Registration is not possible. No parties! Preferably rented to a single perso / Max. 2 person
Online viewing with video call / then possibly meeting and viewing in person.
The deposit of 500€ and the rent of 450€ ( for the entire stay of 10 days) are to be paid in advance.
The deposit will be refunded immediately on 14.09.26!
Since I am not making a profit with the apartment and my personal belongings are in the apartment, a good relationship of trust is particularly important to me!
