Bright & quiet 19m2 room in Wilmersdorf | 19 Oct–13 Nov | €700

Hello there,

I'm a visual artist and designer based in Berlin, and I'll be away in Manchester for a few weeks for an art/research project.
My room is available in this beautiful well lit apartment for a short term let of 3 - 4 weeks from the mid of October to the mid of November, 2026. I will be travelling for that duration and my lovely two housemates (one an outdoor educator and the other a doctor) will make you feel super welcome and at home. The room has an extra cupboard for you to keep your stuff. It is super quiet and faces a big courtyard. You can of course use the shared living room space and the large balcony that also faces the courtyard. There is a beautiful huge park right around the corner great for a run specially in this autumn weather. The Bundesplatz S bhan connects you to the rest of the city very easily, you have and Edeka like 3 mins walking from home. We're looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy who enjoys a relaxed, social-but-not-party-flat atmosphere. For any further questions please write me and I can tell you more and we can discuss the exact dates :) The price btw is inclusive of all bills and the dates are slightly flexible. Looking forward to hearing from you!
