WG-Zimmer in Reinickendorf

Hi,
Ich [Anja, 32] bin auf der Suche nach einer nicht rauchenden Mitbewohnerin (w ♀ ) ab September 2026.

Gemeinsam teilen wir uns eine 3 Zimmerwohnung in Reinickendorf.
Dein großes Zimmer hat 23m2 und einen zusätzlichem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Tagsüber, aber vorallem am Nachmittag, ist dein Zimmer voller Licht und Sonnenschein.

Das Badezimmer hat ein Tageslichtfenster eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, einem Kühlschrank (beide erst vor einigen Monaten neu erworben), Herd, Ofen und Mikrowelle.

Das schöne an der Wohnung ist, dass man sich mit der Sonne bewegt. Am Morgen scheint die Sonne in die Küche und Bad und kreist im Laufe des Tages in unsere Zimmer, wo sie bis zum Sonnenuntergang bei uns ist.

Das ganze Wohnhaus ist nur 3 Stockwerke hoch und unsere Nachbar*innen sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute, aber eher im mittleren oder älteren Alter. Daher suche ich jemanden, der/die selber auch eher ruhiger ist.

Vorzugsweise suche ich eine berufstätige Person (20 - 35), die an einer Untermiete für mindestens 6 Monate interessiert ist.


Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ziemlich grün, leise mit einem großen Park um die Ecke und einer Grünanlage vor der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut an die Öffis angebunden und Du bist in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß bei der U8 und den Bussen X21 und M21 . In ca 10 Minuten kommst Du zur S-Bahn S25. Außerdem ist Netto gleich ums Eck, aber auch andere Läden wie Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura, Kaufland, DM sind in der Nähe.

Innerhalb von 5 Minuten bist Du sowohl am Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz (U6) als auch in Wittenau (U8), innerhalb von ca 10 Minuten am Jakob-Kaiser-Platz (U7).

Ab August kannst Du gerne zur Besichtigung kommen und auch sofort einziehen, wenn Du magst. Eine Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.


Zu mir:
Ich mache gerade meinen Master in Kunst, ernähre mich hauptsächlich vegetartisch/vegan, lese und reise sehr viel und bin sonst auch gerne viel Unterwegs - es kann deshalb auch immer wieder mal vorkommen, dass Du ab und zu 1 oder 2 Wochen lang die Wohnung nur für dich hast. ;)
Ansosnten mache ich generell viel künstlerisches (Film, Foto, nähen, töpfern etc.)

WG Life:
In dem dritten Zimmer wohnt zur Zeit Mahek. Leider wurde ihr Visum nicht bewilligt/verlängert, sodass noch nicht klar steht, ob sie weiterhin in Deutschland leben darf.

I [Anja, 32] am looking for a non-smoking female roommate (w ♀ ) starting September 2026.

We will share a 3-room apartment together in Reinickendorf.
Your large room is 23m2 and has an additional balcony with a view of greenery. During the day, but especially in the afternoon, your room is full of light and sunshine.

The bathroom has a window with daylight, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator (both only purchased a few months ago), stove, oven, and microwave.

What's nice about the apartment is that you move with the sun. In the morning, the sun shines into the kitchen and bathroom and circles into our rooms over the course of the day, where it stays with us until sunset.

The entire building is only 3 stories high, and our neighbors are very kind and helpful people, but rather middle-aged or older. That's why I'm looking for someone who is also rather quiet themselves.

Preferably, I'm looking for a working person (20–35) who is interested in a sublet for at least 6 months.


Location:
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, quite green, quiet, with a large park around the corner and a green space in front of the apartment. It is very well connected to public transport, and you are only a 3-minute walk from the U8 and buses X21 and M21. In about 10 minutes you can reach the S-Bahn S25. Also, Netto is right around the corner, but other stores like Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura, Kaufland, and DM are also nearby.

Within 5 minutes you can be at both Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz (U6) and Wittenau (U8), and within about 10 minutes at Jakob-Kaiser-Platz (U7).

From August onward, you are welcome to come for a viewing and move in right away if you like. Registration is of course possible.


About me:
I am currently doing my master's in art, eat mostly vegetarian/vegan, read and travel a lot, and otherwise also like to be out and about a lot – so it can happen every now and then that you have the apartment all to yourself for 1 or 2 weeks at a time. ;)
Otherwise, I do a lot of artistic things (film, photography, sewing, pottery, etc.).

WG Life:
The third room is currently occupied by Mahek. Unfortunately, her visa was not approved/extended, so it is not yet clear whether she will be allowed to continue living in Germany.
